im 100% sure i gained weight in the last two weeks and am an official slob based on where&what i’ve been eating… damn it. no more “last suppers” and “fuck it, just eat” dinners. no more fastfood just cuz it’s the easiest thing to grab. homecooked meals could definitely be healthier, as yummy as they are…i need to change this diet around before it...
